1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a WOAIL account or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use WOAIL.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WOAIL (World AI Link) governing your use of our platform, website, and services.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create a WOAIL account
• One person or entity may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing usage limits
• WOAIL accounts are currently invite-only; invitation codes are non-transferable

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WOAIL responsibly and lawfully. You shall not:

• Use WOAIL to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt WOAIL's infrastructure or security
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract WOAIL's proprietary models or algorithms
• Use automated scripts or bots that place undue load on our services
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access
• Use WOAIL to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

4. AI-Generated Content

WOAIL provides access to AI models that generate text, images, and other content. You retain ownership of content you create through WOAIL, subject to the following:

• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use
• WOAIL is not liable for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies
• You must not use AI-generated content to mislead others about its origin

5. Intellectual Property

The WOAIL platform, including its branding, design, software, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of WOAIL and its licensors. All rights are reserved.

• Platform IP — The WOAIL name, logo, website design, and software are protected by intellectual property laws
• User Content — You retain ownership of content you create through WOAIL, as described in Section 4
• License Grant — WOAIL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms
• Restrictions — You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on WOAIL's proprietary technology without written consent

6. Paid Plans and Subscriptions

WOAIL offers both free and premium subscription plans. The following terms apply to paid plans:

• Billing — Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) based on your selected plan
• Automatic Renewal — Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds — Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied, contact [email protected] within 14 days of payment
• Price Changes — We may adjust subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep the current rate until the next renewal cycle

7. Service Availability

WOAIL strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or security reasons
• Modify, discontinue, or introduce new features at our discretion
• Impose usage limits based on your subscription plan and fair use policies

8. Account Suspension and Termination

WOAIL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms — Any breach of these Terms, including unacceptable use as defined in Section 3
• Fraudulent Activity — Use of WOAIL for fraudulent, illegal, or malicious purposes
• Non-Payment — Failure to pay subscription fees when due
• Inactivity — Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be archived

Upon termination, your right to use WOAIL ceases immediately. You may export your data before account closure. We will retain data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

WOAIL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOAIL shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Inaccuracies or errors in AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or downtime

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WOAIL, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of or misuse of the WOAIL platform
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights
• Content you create, upload, or distribute through WOAIL

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal Resolution — Both parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting [email protected]
• Arbitration — If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court
• Class Action Waiver — You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions

12. Privacy

Your use of WOAIL is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of WOAIL after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
